Management policy

Our corporate group formulated the Medium-Term Management Plan (FY 2020-FY 2022) in December 2019. However, due to the impact of COVID-19, the business environment we assumed in the plan changed significantly, and because we sold all the shares of Hotel Osado Co., Ltd., our consolidated subsidiary, in April 2021, we reviewed the plan and formulated a new Medium-Term Management Plan (FY 2022-FY 2024).

-Main policies of the Medium-Term Management Plan (FY 2022-2024)-

(1) Transportation section
・Strengthen business related to container cargo
 Strengthen operations in the Keihin Port area through the parent company’s absorption and merger with its customs clearance subsidiary in Yokohama Port.
 Strengthening warehouse operations at Niigata Port
・Improve efficiency and reduce costs in port cargo handling and transportation business
 Strengthen the cargo handling and transportation business within the group by merging two port cargo handling subsidiaries
 Expand the work scope of the field workers and improve productivity


(2) Development sections (real estate, machine sales, product sales, and recycling)
・Establishment of a system that consistently generates profits
 Promote effective use of company assets
 Find and train mechanics with special skills in the Machine Sales Department
 Develop new business utilizing existing management resources


(3) Hotel management section
・Accurately grasp the demand recovery after COVID-19,
and create new services in addition to our existing services and quickly enable our existing services to recover and our new services to do well.
 

(4) Management section
・Improve productivity by reforming the personnel system for clerical staff
