Conventional Ships

Conventional vessel cargo handling for a wide range of cargo

At Rinko Wharf, up to 6 ships can dock at 5 quays simultaneously. We offer smooth cargo handling free from delays due to congestion at berths. In the East Port area, we also handle a wide variety of cargo by making the most of our extensive facilities and know-how. In addition, the yard adjacent to the quay is fully equipped with storage sheds and warehouses for fumigation and storage as well as for land transportation, realizing logistics without time loss. Our many customers trust us thanks to the efficient and high-quality work of our specialized workers and equipment that handle a wide variety of cargo from woodchips, raw materials for paper manufacturers, snow-melting salt, and coal to even large and heavy cargo such as automobiles and trains.

Examples of conventional ships

In a project to transport scrapped vehicles from Japan to Indonesia, Rinko handled land transportation from the Niitsu Depot to the Rinko Wharf and cargo handling at the Rinko Wharf.
A huge cargo as long as a 25m swimming pool was brought to the quay late at night with a multi-trailer. Starting with 4 welders who weld the fixing anchors on board, 2 crane operators, 1 trailer operator, 30 workers, and site managers gathered to handle the loading work. We plan to transport 336 vehicles over the three years from 2018 to 2021.
